SUPER SIMPLE PANCAKES

SUPER EASY PANCAKES 🥞- NO PROTEIN POWDER!

INGREDIENTS👇🏼:
55g plain flour or wholewheat flour 
100ml of almond milk
1/2 TBSP of maple syrup
1/2 a TBSP of melted coconut oil
1/2 TBSP baking powder
pinch of salt.

METHOD:


Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well. Let the mixture to sit for 5 minutes to allow it to get all fluffy.


Heat a non stick frying pan on medium to low heat and pour in the mixture to make 5 pancakes. When you see bubbles forming on the pancakes they are ready to flip. Cook until golden brown and serve!

I topped mine with blueberries, crunchy peanut butter, cacao nibs and maple syrup
