CHOCO HOOP CEREAL BARS
This weeks pre workout snack of choice ✨🤌🏼 - recipe makes 8 squares!
Ingredients:
60g Choco hoops* (crushed up)
20g Oat flour
10g Choc protein / hot choc powder
40g Maple syrup / honey
25g smooth PB
20g melted oconut oil
100g dark chocolate
Method:
Mix everything together in a mixing bowl (apart from the 100g of choc). Then pack tightly into a lined loaf tin. Melt the 100g of chocolate & pour on top. Place in the fridge until set, cut & enjoy!
*you could use whatever cereal you like!
