APPLE PIE LOAF
APPLE PIE LOAF… OH EM GEE 🤩 (VG).
I had left over apples in the fridge and here we are!
I also served mine with some coconut yoghurt
✨ APPLE PIE LOAF:
290g of plain flour
100g of coconut sugar (or caster sugar)
2 tsp baking powder
1 BIG tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1-2 medium apples, peeled and grated roughly
250ml milk
85mL oil e.g. vegetable or coconut
Pre heat the oven to 180*C (fan oven) and line your loaf tin with baking paper! Add all of the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, give that a mix. Next add all of the wet ingredients and mix them in, a thick batter will form. Pour the mix into the loaf tin and bake in the oven for 50
mins. Leave the loaf to cool for 5-10 mins and then remove it from the tin to cool more.
✨ APPLE PIE TOPPING:
1 Medium sized apple
1 Tbsp Coconut sugar
2 Tbsp water
Simple chop up un apple into small cubes and add to a frying pan with a little water. Add 1 TBSP of coconut sugar. Fry until the apples are soft and golden
I also served mine with some coconut yoghurt. Enjoy!
